From this company we are aware of this, but without forgetting that at the same time it forms a particular ecosystem that we must conserve. This is the reason why some time ago we decided to interact with the olive grove, obtaining its fruits without exploiting or damaging the environment.

The quality of the oil produced and the maintenance of the environment in which it is produced are increasingly evident in society, and this contributes to an increase in the demand for products that are sustainable and in which productivity, food safety, quality and techniques that respect the environment converge.
Our commitment to the environment is completed by reusing the waste we generate: we use the water from vegetations and from cleaning the olives to irrigate them; we use the olive pits as fuel for the heating system of our facilities and the olive leaves are used for composting.
